Assembly of drive axle assembly

According to the production program and the structural characteristics of the drive axle, the assembly line of the drive axle assembly conveyor line has many forms.

① Fixed table with bracket. It is widely used in single piece and small batch production. That is, a group of workers complete all the assembly work of the bridge on the fixed workbench.

② Floor panel type with traveling bracket (Fig. 5). The bracket is fixed on the ground plate belt running continuously or intermittently at a certain speed. The axle housing is hoisted onto the traveling bracket of the plate belt, and runs from one station to the next until the assembly of the drive axle is completed. In order to adapt to the changes of the production program, the speed of the floor type belt can be manually adjusted within a certain range. This type of assembly line is mostly used in mass production and single type axle assembly.

③ Tray plate with traveling support. This type of assembly line is similar to the previous one, except that the plate belt is a certain distance higher than the ground, and the height of the traveling bracket is lower than the previous one, but the proximity of the assembly line is poor.

④ Double chain bridge type. It is mainly used in mass production and has certain adaptability to multi variety production.

⑤ Friction roller type flexible assembly line with pallet. It is suitable for large-scale and multi variety axle assembly.
